At our core, we believe in the transformative power of mentorship. Through our program, experienced mentors offer invaluable insights, advice, and encouragement to help mentees navigate the challenges and opportunities they encounter in their careers.

Our mentors are seasoned professionals from diverse educational backgrounds, committed to fostering growth, leadership, and excellence among Black educators. Whether you're seeking guidance on classroom management, curriculum development, career advancement, or personal growth, our mentors are here to support you every step of the way.

In addition to one-on-one mentoring relationships, our program offers a range of resources including webinars, workshops, and networking events tailored to the needs and interests of Black educators. We strive to create a vibrant and supportive community where educators can connect, learn, and thrive together.

Interested in receiving or providing mentorship?

This form serves as an application to be paired with a Black educational mentor. The Black Educator Institute aims to offering mentorship programs for Black educators is to provide support, guidance, and resources to help Black educators succeed in their chosen field. 

 

As Black educators it is imperative we find ways to increase our confidence and knowledge in these white dominated spaces. This program was designed with the intention to create a more equitable and diverse educational landscape, by providing mentorship opportunities specifically tailored to the unique experiences and needs of black educators.
